Warehouse with pallet racking structures and organized parcels

Mushiny · Sortation

Flexible sortation with mobile robots

The Sortation AMR uses mobile robots to transport items or parcels between induction and the destinations, making it possible to create adaptable, scalable layouts.

Benefits

Layout flexibility; modular deployment; easy expansion; less fixed infrastructure; traceability; adaptation to operational changes.

Applications

Sortation of parcels, orders, routes, stores, carriers and shipping areas.

How Mushiny describes the solution

In the official technical sheet, F-series sorting robots integrate flexibly with customer systems and conveyor lines to perform parcel sorting and order transport. The dual-belt design increases efficiency: large parcels travel individually on a single belt (35 kg capacity) and small parcels travel in pairs, one on each belt (15 kg per side). As the business grows, the area can be adjusted and expanded. Industries served: e-commerce, 3PL, retail, 3C electronics, healthcare, manufacturing and cold chain.

Safety and quality of Mushiny robots

According to the Mushiny corporate catalog, the robots use UL94-V0 grade fire-retardant material; battery management compliant with the European IEC 62619 and American UL 2271 standards; automotive-grade LFP battery cells; temperature and smoke sensors for abnormality monitoring; charging contacts that act in two steps; lidar obstacle detection with front and rear electronic safety edges; and sound and light alarms. Maintenance includes remote over-the-air (OTA) upgrades, and production follows an ISO 9001 certified quality management system with traceability of the whole process.
