Who we are
Cubicc is a Brazilian integrator of technologies for intralogistics, sortation, packaging and shipping. This policy explains how we handle the personal data collected on this site, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD).
What data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form: name, company, job title, work email, phone, city and state, area of interest and the information about your operation you decide to share. With your consent, we also collect statistical browsing data (pages visited, device type and traffic source) through Google Analytics.
How we use the data
Form data is used exclusively to respond to your business inquiry and manage the relationship that follows from it. Statistical browsing data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve the content. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How the data is stored
Information submitted through the form is transmitted directly to Cubicc's business email inbox through a contracted email delivery provider. The site itself does not keep a database with your information. Email records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet legal obligations.
Sharing with processors
To operate, the site relies on technology vendors acting as data processors: the hosting provider, the email delivery provider and, subject to consent, Google Analytics. Each one processes data according to its own terms and Cubicc's instructions.
Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request at any time: confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and information about sharing, as well as withdraw consent. To exercise any right, write to [email protected] describing your request — we will respond within the legal deadline.
Security
We adopt proportionate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), protection against automated form submissions and restricted access to the business email inbox.
