CMC Genesys creates on-demand packaging according to the dimensions of the order, automating steps that normally require box selection, height adjustment, closing and labeling.
How it works
The machine receives the data or measures the contents, processes the packaging material and forms a package fitted to the product. The Combo configuration brings together features to meet different packing needs within the same solution.

Detailed operation
in the multi-line configuration, different orders are loaded into CMC Vary-Totes. The machine manages the contents, creates the box on demand and performs the closing. The Combo configuration adds a dedicated infeed for single-line orders, allowing simple and multiple orders to be processed in the same flow. The concept eliminates the need to pre-tie or pre-wrap the items and uses digital cutting to reduce maintenance compared with mechanical cutting systems.
