Advantages and integration — PolyPacker technical sheet
PolyPacker is a fully automated, customized packaging solution designed by Mushiny for e-commerce logistics customers, featuring label printing and application, bag replacement, sealing and conveying. It can connect to conveyor lines that carry packed orders to the shipping area, reducing handling and labor costs, and work alongside the 3D Sorter Mini, the 3D Sorter Max and manual sorting walls in the same operation, speeding up wall rotation and order fulfillment. Published advantages: lower operating costs (compact footprint, low initial investment, easy operation and labor reduction); efficiency of up to 1,800 bags/h; packaging quality, with a bag supply system that places the bag precisely and pulls the film smoothly without wrinkles, plus heating-wire sealing and printer fault alerts that prevent unsealed or unlabeled packages; proprietary controller with remote over-the-air (OTA) updates; built-in sensors in key components for quick fault diagnosis; smart air blowing that adjusts force to the bag status, reducing noise; and compatibility with transparent or opaque, white or black bags of various types. Suitable for non-edged, impact-resistant goods such as apparel, home textiles and general merchandise. Certifications: CE and FCC.

Computer, operating system and IT integration
Computer, software and integration
The PolyPacker-P is supplied with an industrial computer equipped with an Intel Core i3-12100 processor, 8 GB of RAM, 250 GB of storage and a 23,8-inch monitor. The system runs Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC MultiLang, with an embedded OEM license. The application interface and the manuals are currently available in Chinese and English; Brazilian Portuguese can be made available on request. The customer can reinstall the operating system with its corporate image, install its WMS and reinstall the PolyPacker-P application on top of that image. Mushiny provides the required drivers and installers, and the drivers do not require additional licenses. As confirmed by the manufacturer, these software-level changes do not affect the warranty, support or operation of the machine.
