Mushiny Conveying & Sorting line
Mushiny presents the Multi-Belt Linear Sorter as part of its intelligent conveying and sorting line (the manufacturer’s corporate texts give the same content for both solutions). The figures below refer to the line as a whole, not to a specific configuration of this sorter. Mushiny’s intelligent conveying and sorting solution covers the entire process, from warehousing and distribution to production, focusing on high-efficiency sorting and flexible conveying. It includes a full range of conveyors (carton and pallet) and multi-model sorting equipment (cross-belt and narrow-belt), with a maximum sorting efficiency of up to 28,000 items per hour and loads from 0.1 to 60 kg. Integrated with iRES for intelligent coordination, it reduces labor costs by more than 40% and achieves 99.9% sorting accuracy.
