Applications

Large distribution centers, e-commerce, retail and operations with a high number of SKUs.

Solution features — official technical sheet

MIX Pro is designed for high-density tote storage: compact racking up to 12 m high with double-deep positions and a mobile tote-handling system that works with tote transfer robots, forming a Tote-to-Person flow with a throughput of 120 totes per hour per station and a 40% reduction in robot investment. Handling system: mobile gantry, gantry rails, tote handling unit, tote handling robot and double-deep high racking. The same workstation supports picking from MIX Pro totes, standard Layer-PODs and Pallet-PODs (mixed dispatching), allowing full-category storage and picking in the same scenario. The handling system can be connected to conveyor lines, with the combination of transfer robots and conveyors chosen according to the business and the required performance. Fast ROI: suspended rail design with low floor requirements, low mechanical failure rate and low maintenance cost. High throughput: horizontal and vertical movement of up to 3 m/s, multiple gantries per aisle, a clear floor path for robots and power from a sliding contact line, with no charging downtime. Design: unified control of handling and transfer, multi-compartment totes with picking indication per compartment, customizable gripper (hook or clamp), straight-wall or tapered totes, customizable rack and gantry height, flexible workstation layout, and automated slotting and heat mapping to balance tasks across aisles. It supports unit picking, full-tote picking and buffer consolidation. Target industries: apparel, general merchandise, hardware and electronics, pharmacy, cosmetics, 3C and books.
