The 3D Sorter Mini is a cost-effective automatic put wall that occupies less than 25 m² and reaches an overall sorting efficiency of 1,200 to 1,500 pieces per hour, more than doubling picking efficiency. It handles multi-item order consolidation, returns processing and store allocation, and can be integrated into manual or automated warehouses, including goods-to-person systems. It is suited to footwear and apparel, e-commerce, books and 3PL, helping small and medium-sized warehouses digitalize their operations. Main components: horizontal sorting cart, vertical lifting cart, induction module and sort bins, in the Mini Sorter-L and Mini Sorter-T models.
