Features and applications — official technical sheet
“3D Put-to-Wall, smarter sorting”: the 3D Sorter Max unlocks vertical space with a flexible sorting grid and reaches a maximum efficiency of up to 14,400 items per hour, with continuous sorting of up to 10,000 pieces per hour. It improves picking efficiency three to five times and order consolidation efficiency two to three times, because it enables larger picking waves and more items per pick. It handles multi-item orders, returns, kit picking and regional or store-level sorting, in forward and reverse logistics, and can be used both in manual picking warehouses and integrated with goods-to-person systems based on lifting AMRs. Components: dashboard, access door, put wall, rejection port and induction port. Published features: bidirectional 3D sorting (vertical and horizontal); a carrier pitch of only 0.5 m, enabling ultra-dense sorting; up to 50% less space than traditional cross-belt sorters; multiple feeding ports; a modular, replaceable rebin wall; for returns, the ratio of fixed to movable totes can be adjusted to complex processes; integration with WMS, WCS, MES and ERP; and support for custom requirements. Target segments: footwear and apparel, e-commerce, books, 3PL, beauty, stationery, supermarkets, retail, pharmaceuticals, general merchandise and manufacturing.
