CMC Paper-PRO uses paper to create packages fitted to the products, combining protection, automation and reduced plastic use in suitable applications.
How it works
The order is guided through the equipment, wrapped in paper and prepared for closing and identification within an automated process.

Detailed operation
the product is loaded ergonomically and dimensioned by a 3D scanner. Side cutting uses two blades in alternating operation; while one cuts the paper, the other moves into position for the next cycle. The blade position is adjusted dynamically according to the detected size. The equipment controls paper tension, feed and sealing and can be integrated with the warehouse management system.
